In order to confirm a reservation it is required to prepay 30% of the cost of stay within 3 days from making the reservation. Children younger than 3 years old not using a separate bed free of charge. In case of 2/3- bed rooms we charge the payment for minimum 2 people. Community tax (Cisna community): 1.50 PLN / day per person. The Rules of Stay in Borszuczyna Guest-House (House Statue) House Guardian. Mrs Elżbieta Szocińska takes care of the House. If it happens that you need help, please contact her on +48 797 13 03 07 Reservations. You may make a reservation by phone or email. In order to accept and confirm a reservation it is required to prepay 30% of the estimated cost of stay. Arrival. We welcome our Guests in the House from 3 p.m. Those Guests who would like to arrive early in the morning are kindly requested to arrange an earlier hour of arrival. Due to the registration regulations we kindly request our Guests to fill in the stay card and provide the full personal data, including the number of an identity card or a passport. We accept payments by cash. The Guests who need an invoice are kindly requested to inform us in advance and provide the data to the invoice. Departure. We kindly request to make it possible to prepare rooms for next Guests and make the room accessible for cleaning until 10 a.m. Guests who plan to depart later are kindly required to arrange it earlier with the House Guardian. In case of prolongation of stay without earlier confirmation by the House Guardian, the Guests will be charged with the cost of the next night of stay. Keys are to be returned to the House Guardian. We don't shorten reservations after arrival. In case of shortening reservation after arrival we charge entire cost of reserved stay. Valuable items. We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of money, stocks, valuables, other items or valuable things (laptops, photo cameras etc.) or items that present scientific or artistic value. Please, do not leave such items in the rooms. We do not have a possibility to store such items either. Silence at night. Because of the fact that you have arrived here to rest, there is the night silence from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please, respect the peace and quiet of other Guests. Electric appliances. Due to fire protection safety it is forbidden to use in the rooms immersion heaters, irons and other electric appliances that do not belong to the room equipment. It does not apply to chargers and power supply adapters as well as other TV/computer appliances and shavers. Pets. We love pets, but due to allergies among our Guests, we do not accept pets in our House. Smoking. In all rooms of our House and in its direct neighborhood smoking is strictly forbidden. Living room and kitchen. We invite all our Guests to the living room and kitchen. At your disposal there is the kitchen equipped in heating hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee express as well as a set of kitchen vessels and cutlery. Balconies. Most of rooms are equipped with a separate balcony. Due to the construction of balconies, children may use them only supervised by adults. Place for bonfire/BBQ. A bonfire in the mountains is especially charming, everyone knows that. If it is possible to eat some tasty food by a bonfire, the pleasure is even greater. You are welcome to make use of a place designed for a bonfire. As we do not own a forest of out own and we buy wood, we would like to inform that wood for a bonfire costs 9 PLN / bunch. Rules of using a playground, BBQ and bonfire. The Guests use the playground, BBQ and bonfire as well as balconies on their own responsibility. Children may use these devices only under the adults? supervision. Owners / House Guardian do not take any responsibility for using these devices and the consequences and/or injuries that may result from that. Possible damages. Our Guests are responsible for damages and devastations. Left belongings. All belongings left in the House will be sent back on the Guest?s cost, at a provided address. In case of lack of instructions we will keep the belongings for three months, then we will pass them on the charity, for the public use or we will utilize them. In case of breaking the Rules of Stay in Borsuczyna Guest House, we may refuse to host a person who breaks the Rules. Such a person is obliged to immediate compliance with the House Guardian commands, particularly to paying for a stay, damages and devastation as well as to leaving the House. |
